SYNTONIC
PHOTOTHERAPY
What Is Syntonic Phototherapy?
Syntonic Phototherapy (aka "Syntonics" or "Light Therapy") is an individualized light therapy requiring a minimum of 3 treatments once per week for at least a total of 20 sessions. It involves exposing the eyes to varying light frequencies which then cause the photoreceptors (rods and cones) to trigger a predictable response in the patient's autonomic nervous system.

Research has shown that syntonic phototherapy can be helpful in treating headaches, eyestrain, eye fatigue, amblyopia and other visual functional deficits like functional tunnel vision.
